The Battle of Lithgow Timetable

Saturday 26th April

0800: Drummers beat the reveille. Breakfast
0900-1000: Company drills
1000-1030: Union raised. Fall out. Rest
1030-1200: Living History exercise (Women’s Ballot)
Battalion drill for English
Company drill for French
Artillery drill (Test range). Some blank firing if time permits 1-2 rounds
1200-1245: Fall out, rest, lunch
1245-1300: Kit up for Battle of Lithgow.
1300-1345: Battle of Lithgow
1345-1400: March past of all units in the Battle of Lithgow.
1400-1600: In camp activities; Dinner being prepared, Rostered guard duty of stores, muskets and powder. Ghost walks by members of all units.
Interaction with the public
1600-1700: Cricket match on oval (if time permits) Firearms are secured.
1800: Colour party takes down Union Jack. Dinner.

Sunday 27th April

0800: Drummers beat the reveille. Breakfast.
0900-0945: Squad drills
0945-1000: Units form the Battalion. Union Jack raised.
1000-1030: Fall out, rest.
1030-1200: Living history exercise Drum Head Court Martial English
Battalion drill English
Company drill French
Artillery drill as per Saturday
1200-1245: Fall out, rest. Lunch
1245-1300: Kit up for the Battle of Lithgow
1300-1345: Battle of Lithgow
1345-1400: March past of all units involved in the Battle of Lithgow.
1400-1530: Same activities as per Saturday No cooking will take place.
1530-1600: All participants British and French Brigade together
Final farewell and thankyou from the ANA/73rd,
1600: Union Jack is lowered. Prepare for departure.
