Born: Tunbridge Wells, England. Arrived in Australia in 1954.

Spent 3 years training in Fine Arts at the National Arts School, East Sydney.
During this time held several one-woman shows at the Nunda Gallery Canberra and exhibited in group shows throughout Australia.

1967-69:
2 years studying at St Martin's School of Art and at the London Literary Society. .

1970-78:Held one-woman shows in:
