GATE PICKUP Tickets purchased after April 1st, 2009 will be available for pickup at the Festival Gate. Please bring a printed copy of your Order and Photo ID. There is a $2.50 service fee which will replace the normal Postage Fee, this will be added to the cost of the Ticket at the “checkout”. This method will apply to both Australian and International Customers.SHIPPING CHARGES Shipping charges are calculated and displayed in the “checkout” procedure. You will first need to set up an account to access the “checkout” procedure. Deliveries within Australia are sent by Australia Post Post, whereas deliveries to all other countries are sent by Economy Airmail. ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIMES It usually takes one to two days for credit card payments to be processed by PayPal, and we will ship orders only once payment is cleared by PayPal (or otherwise received). Australian deliveries: The estimated delivery times in the “checkout” procedure are Australia Post estimates for the actual delivery time only. Please allow an additional two days (approximately) for your payment to be processed and your order dispatched. Most Australian orders will be received within 5 to 7 working days. Non-Australian (overseas) deliveries: Most orders will be received in approximately two weeks of when they are placed. However this does vary considerably - and largely depends on where in the world we are shipping to (and the postal system of that country!). Please allow up to three weeks for delivery before querying us on the possibly of your order having been lost in transit. If you require a faster delivery than these standard options, then please contact us and we can assist with making arrangements for shipping via your preferred carrier. RETURNS POLICY Return Policy. Due to the nature of our online site, and the products listed, we IRONFEST have a strict NO RETURN policy for any product.
